What should you have to be a good retail & eCommerce sites according to Google?
Google will have a little journey around this question and will provide you with the right answers. Recently, Google collected the best UX practices guidelines which are extremely valuable for everyone. The UX Playbook for Retail is indexed by Google and was marked as ‘Proprietary + Confidential’.

The PDF eBook itself is 108 pages long, but essentially breaks down into a checklist of 43 key activities. Here are the suggested activities, along with recommendations how how high the impact of these is, and how easy/hard each is to achieve for most retailers.
